1st of all I see the same combo on ebay for 129. Second if your looking to save money and dont do a lot of gaming then you want a board with onboard video preferably nvidia chipset. Presonally I would stay away from the ECS boards and go with a more mainstream like gigabyte, asus, abit, dfi etc.
Check out Newegg I’m certain you can come up with a better combination and cheaper too. If you need help picking something reasonable just ask.
AMD vs Intel will go back and forth forever…you’ll have diehards defend either to the grave, pay no attention either will work great for you and you’ll save money going AMD.
