um how can i check for my IP adress and what not on my computer, i know if i go to start, then run. but after that i dont know what to type hahaha

ya and well i did what the xbox guy told me to do, placed it all in manually, and guess what…doesnt work still. and i get a thing sayin somehing about ip adress conflict on the same netowrk or something like that popping up on my computer screen
k, the message i get in a balloon says
“windows-system error
there is an IP address conflict with another system on the network”
… What exactly are you trying to do again? I think I missed it.
what i get out of this is that he has a ip conflict between the computer in the house and the 360
he cant get on Xbox live

Unplug the 360 and the computer from the router, unplug the router for 10 seconds or so, plug it back in…plug in JUST the 360 and try connecting then, if it works…proceed to plug your computer BACK into the router…the DHCP settings should be cleared on all three devices by the time you get the xbox plugged back in, if your computer still has that error try
