make some bread (wegmans has ready to bake dough) knead generous amounts of rosemary and basil into the bread then spread a little olive oil with pepper rosemary and basil onto the top of the bread as it is baking.
Make a spicy lentil soup of your choosing. Make a salad with a mix of romaine, baby spinach, buttercrunch, cherry tomatos, onions, and feta cheese. Fry eggplant and cloves of garlic to put on the bread with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
Make dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar black pepper and Italian spices. Use some nice mustard for the eggplant and serve some good hearty red wine like zinfandel or pinotage.

Are you the vegetarian who doesn’t eat fish, or who will eat fish?
If so:
Preheat oven to 450 or 500
Create a tinfoil pocket
Place 2 fillets of Salmon in tinfoil(Or numerous chicken breast lets)
Cover with olive oil
Add some lemon juice
Add pepper
Add onions
Close tinfoil pocket
Cook for 10-15 minutes (or until meat is done)
Excellent, tastes great and cleanup is a BREEZE. However, it’s tough to get enough for more than 2 people.
Other than boiling some pasta(for some reason this simple task seems so hard for women), I’ve never cooked for anyone but myself. I’ve never had a problem keeping a girl around.
i have friends who eat out of boxes and jars and idk how they do it, as for the vegan idk how people can do it as i cant live without lucky charms and the require milk!!
