While the cop did go over the line, the guy ran a red light, didn’t stop immediately when the cop put his lights on and then he made the situation worse by not having his reg/insurance out. Seems like both parties can share the blame in this shitfest.

:word: your not going to stop and pull over or think to get license/reggy when shits hitting the fan. You would think the cop would be understanding, esp when the car pulls up to a hospital entrance and nurses and another cop wanting to let the guy go inside.
