that rb26 crank in my rb20 = sweet
yeah center feed blows, thats why i bought a side feed. you would be amazed at the amound of temerature change from the hot pipe off the intercooler and the hotpipe right over top of the motor. its basking in its own heat.
ceramic turbo wheels suck there smooth cause there light and BB but you up the boost hardley at all and the wheels magicley start disapearing. hmm…
notice right away the pencil thin rods on the 20 and the beefy ones on the 26

its easy to see what makes it a seemingley limitless motor comared to my humble underpowerd rb20.
the gtr’s had 26’s they were race bread beasts.(thus the nick name rb=race breed) wile the rb20’s and 25’s were manufactured as a GTS and gts type m motor (turbo option) for a lesser sport type of car. more the less the differnace between a mustang GT and a mustang MACH 1, same basic motor one with alot more potential and balls than the lessr of the 2. (its a simile from somone who isnt very domestic intagant if im wrong let it go) except in japan they think turbo is a good idea were in the states they fear it like its the devil and keep them out of there cars at all costs.(overstatement) i have seen those diagrams around NICO and skylines down under forums before. with the rise in the rb’s suden populairity im sure there becoming more commen.
my 20 is fun. has its drawbacks(lack of power) but its a fun ride.
