:roll: Ya Scotty I know it is harsh but it’s also true. I am just frusterated that more people don’t even come out and try drifting out. If there isn’t a bigger involvment from the people of edmonton by the end of this summer, we won’t be drifting next year.

:? If there’s no drifting next year I’ll actually die. I’m just starting to get the hang of it. And I really really want to compete next year. No competition I could live with, but the Friday night sessions pretty much keep my alive throughout the week.
If things are looking grim I’d say give it another year. See if you can get exebitions in during higher profile events maybe?

It’s a lot of fun. I’m just saying it’s worth trying it out in somewhere like bud park because it’s cheep to run there and there are no curbs or traffic. Buy used tires and come out and try it. if it’s not for you then fine, but please don’t discourage others from coming out and trying it.

I dont think he was trying to discourage others, just stating why some people are reluctant to drift.
