Any release of extreme quantity of energy could cause a reaction. Primarily because it is initiating a reaction between already present reactants within the object it originated from. The reason why a larger reaction (fusion/fission) will react is because the closed system reaction will take upon the elements on saturn primarily helium and hydrogen which is available in large quantities.

would expand the planet to a volumetricly inconsistant state tobe sble to hold iteself together under its own gravity,

the planet would “pop” and be sucked into the sun as the remants would only be unburned gasses.

but when braught to its lowest common denominators…it looks like this
1:2:3:4:5:6:7:8 = 32…sun = 32

this has been calculated to be veeeeerrrrrryyy close to absoulutely perfect…
so as you can see dropping even 1 item means it dont = 32…sun is 32
rest of planets float away or crach into eachother…

Though i didnt know that, it is some simple that makes perfect sense.
