I spend the majority of my free time volunteering to work with victims of childhood sexual abuse. I was interested whether or not the idiot with images plastered all over his online persona aimed at pushing a pro-pedophile/child rape agenda was just some dumb ignorant high school kid or not.

What an awful way to respond to what I posted.

You’re going to ban my network wide access because I took offense to a pro-pedophilia mascot? I am familiar with the internet. I am familiar with the origins of “pedobear”. I realize that many people use the image in a tongue in cheek manner, trying to be edgy or anti-establishment or whatever, but the truth is that pedobear serves to normalize and promote (at worst) or make light of (at least) an otherwise ghastly and sordid routine of abuse that destroys lives.

I do a lot of work with the Center for Missing and Exploited Children. It is something that myself and my family have been heavily involved in for many years. I think it’s laughable that the burden of proof would be on myself to show to you that my claims are true to be offended by pedophiles. Laughable, or sick, depending on how you look at it. I have seen first hand how child sexual abuse ruins lives, or drives people to suicide. It’s not fun and games. Many actual pedophiles use the pedobear image as a way to subtly “throw it out there” to other pedophiles to let them know they are.

I have taken screen caps of that thread, detailing my comments and the responses of your users. I have also documented this Private message, which goes to the fact that you banned me from the site merely for taking offense to what now appears to be site approved pro-pedophilia propaganda. If this is not the case, you can prove it to me by permanently removing access to your site for the user who’s profile was riddled with the child rape mascot and banning its use moving forward. Otherwise, I will be sure to deliver this story to every media outlet within 50 miles of every site that is a part of your conglomeration, with the personal identities of your staff, those involved, and all of the sponsors that are currently supporting your site, letting them now how your “car forum” may very well be a pedophile meeting place in disguise. I would have thought that preposterous prior to your highly combative actions, but now I am not so sure.

Let me know which avenue to choose to pursue.
