I like the manifold, but i think the NPT barbs kinda make it look like crap. Have you thought about maybe using an SAE ORB barb?
also check for standpipe style barbed fittings, you could eliminate the tapping and switch to a press fit, probably CHEAPER in the long run and a better look. IDK if you can get them in 1/8 though. I’ll look into it.

This is a 1/4 inch one, it would look super clean and you could drop a step from machining… just a thought, if you can find them
