i think theres instructions that comes with em…
oh gold … hahahaha
so i can assume that i just plug and play the things without any retrofitting of the lights?
it all depends what kind you got … care to send a link ?
sometimes you have to splice into headlight harness or grounds or power sources … as well as pluging into a factory headlight housing but sometimes you have to secure them differently using a clip or something that comes with the kit
Ummm…interesting question. Well, id find the dirtiest part of town, spend 100 bucks and pound a really dirty looking hooker…now you will have gotten HIV…
Oh wait…HID’s…ya…sorry i got nothin…
Ha aha aahha ahahahaha :prayer:
Time to comb the desert in search of the answers.
Was that a metaphor?? Get out of here with your feminine banter…
Hahahah this USED to be a thread about HID’s
If you use those ballasts, you’ll need a pair of bulbs (I strongly recommend Philips) and the OEM HID lense assemblies from whatever vehicle you can get it from.
In my GTR I retrofitted a Lexus RX330 HID system, complete with OEM ballasts, bulbs and lenses.
The ballasts plugged into my stock harness after i clamped on a couple spade connectors, and are fully functional just as your normal stock headlights do.
the easiest way for me to get my HID’s was to go to shawleys, and help him out for the day. by 8:00 i magically had HID’s! I highly reccomend it
(PS sam, go for the wheels first)
Where would you order a set of “Phillips” bulbs from?
I went to that one shop southside on cargary trail north? he basically laughed and said, they’ll cost you $600 ea. it’s easier to buy a complete kit for $450.
