I can always return the HIDs i have 30 days to do so, so if every1 thinks 8000ks are that bad then i’ll return them. and i bought new headlights. they are made for HIDs and other high-output bulbs.
o and i put down like 5 coats of tint and light still shines through
Came out great Mike, I remember talking to you about this after the UBCC meeting. I just used generic tint that my local hobby shop had. Definately clear coat, the fronts of mine have started to ‘untint’ themselves.
Don’t get HIDs in stock housings. please.
And PLEASE Don’t aim your fog lights higher.
A- It completely defeats the prupose of fog lights.
B- It ill be blinding and irritating as fuck for other drivers.
I AM NOT USING MY STOCK HEADLIGHTS!!! for the THIRD TIME, i am getting headlights that are desinged to be used with HIDs.
perhaps i should have netioned…my foglights only light up about a foot in front of the truck right now. when i had the whole bumper off and disassmebled over the summer, the foglights got taken out and i never aimed them when i put them back in.
duh? me or r.t? i added a tint of black to my clear and shot my marker lights…
