i agree mostly but if it say’s we have the right to keep and bear arms in the constitution than it should be nationally accepted and the states shouldn’t be able to dictate the laws of were you carry. right? i agree 100% law abidding citizens should’nt need a permit.

It’s BS that I can’t go state to state. Reciprocity needs to be in place and keep writing those letters to your congressmen and state senators.

It is about preserving state’s rights, which makes sense. The part that doesn’t make sense is that a law abiding citizen should even need a permit to carry a gun in any state. The 2nd Ammendment has been violated. The right has been infringed. Just because guns aren’t totally illegal…yet, doesn’t mean we haven’t abandoned the Constitution.

None of the states that border PA reciprocate, but NC as well as a few others do. Yeah, it doesn’t make much sense to me either.

But yet you can get an out-of-state Utah permit, that almost every state honors?

I think it’s more a money think than any thing else. I mean why honor another dtates permit, when you can charge $100 a year for an out of state permit?
