Dog training help?

My boxer is about 2 years old now. He has a horrible habit of biting tires and to the point of putting holes in them.
He never does this when I’m around, he knows he can get away with it when my dad and his woman are around.
He will leave them when sitting still, once someone gets in a car or on a Motorcycle / atv he flips shit. “NO” yields no results.

There is 2 little ankle bitter dogs at the house to. One just likes to bark and run. Never bites tires or anything, just wants to run. The other one runs and hides when no one is around.

General training will help with this big time. If he’s that hard to control, consider signing up for obedience school. It’s a great way for him to develop his focus and attention when there are major distractions. (I.e. other dogs) And it will strengthen your relationship with him.

That reminds me, I’ve got a golden retriever puppy that I need to be trained on (lets face it, they’re people training classes that dogs go to). Any recommendations in the area?
