just get rid of the 240, and buy an integra, best cars for drifting. speaking japanese is also one of those annoying preliminary things, but needed none the less. once you do that, if you dont have enough money left over for coils, just grab a torch, and heat up your stock springs, that’ll give you the drop you want. if it doesn’t handle like you want after that, grab a sawzall, and shave some weight off the car. get the top and windshield right off, makes it more aero-dynamic also.
