DriftOps Driver Search hosted by DMCC

Where in the F can we register.

Just got off the phone with DMCC:

There are three basic tiers in play.

The first tier is Amateur Drifting (like what we all do now)

The second Tier is DMCC Pro-AM

The final Tier is DMCC PRO.

Every DMCC event has a DMCC Pro-Am component except for Toronto. Why? Because there are not enough drivers with the right equipment to support it. Hence, we have a drivers search where anyone can compete and earn a DMCC Pro-AM license. The license will allow you to compete in any DMCC Pro-Am event. You win the Pro-Am series, you get a DMCC PRO license.

Registration will be done through me and I will have a form set up by the weekend.

Thanks,
Wayne

winning driver search only gets you pro am license ?

thats weird you can just walk in off the street and compete in pro am as long an you have the car built for it and proper safety equipment

still no info on course layout for amatuers?

course layout probably resembles previous years.

don’t know if i can compete in this. i need a diff and tires for th 350z. i’ll know after i pay for school.

this is the event i always look forward to every year. wish i still had the s14 on the road -.-

What does the pro icence mean anyway its not like your pro if you have one…you still need money, and a good car, truck, trailer, and more money unless you have all that already …pretty useless awarding a licence to people…

cash prizes would be way better for this pro am.

so theres no practice for amateurs? its just qualifying and finals?

Yes there is practice. Single drift runs for practice than delayed tandem during qualifying and finals.

So , we can just go and drift like we always do and not compete?
