bought a s13 with a ka24de in it.the previous owner drilled to far in on the exhaust side because of a broken stud.my mechanic told me it might have gone through to the water jacket because coolant was leaking from the replaced exhaust stud.is this fixable?new cylinder head or other options?
put jb water weld around new stud. Problemo solved.

try the JB weld trick, but tap it out straight first. What have you got to lose?
