I cant figure it out but i bought a VLSD from a junk yard and it seems to be that my drive shaft isnt long enough to mate up to it. I have a 1990 240sx coupe with ABS, did some models come with longer drive shafts? Should i buy a longer d-shaft from the same model the VLSD came off of? Can i use some kind of adapter and longer bolts???
If the new diff isnt for an ABS car than you will need a Non Abs driveshaft. they are the longer of the 2. Thanks for the heads up Jared.
No problem, that’s what my fsm is for. It may be for sale right away, I shouldn’t be needing after the sale of my 240SX.
I’d rather buy a new Drive Shaft Flange rather then digging up some car grave sites. I bought mine on a very reliable online store and has no problem ever since.
