How do you advance the timing on a 1993 plymouth laser 1.8L??
I know it should be near the throttle body but where?
Diagrams would be helpful if you have them.
You ground out the timing connector near the battery, check Vfaq for this.
Then you turn the distributor to change your timing.
Note: Unless your timing is out of spec, adjusting it on your car will only lead to problems.
the car is very sluggish…like pulling a semi almost.
I don’t think its timing. Probably the fact its a 1.8!
Seriously though, when was the last time a tune up was done? Start with plugs, wires, fuel filter, air cleaner, etc.
very much doubt your timming is off start at a tune up probably time for a fuel filter
