I have a 90 gsx. my problem started as a bad battery. my car wouldn’t start, i jumped it and i drove it around the block came home turned it off and tried to start it again right away and it didn’t, so i replaced the battery. now when i try to start it i hear the fuel pump running, but my car just keeps turning over. i haven’t done anything to the car after i jumped it, what could it be. thanks
Ignition relay, Cam sensor, Crank sensor, Ignition module(if your car has one idk)
Or it could just be the plugs, my car is really picky. As soon as the plugs start to foul out it won’t start
I have a feeling that you have no spark…test for spark first.
definatley, because you obviously have fuel

Just because his pump is on, doesn’t mean his injectors are opening, So it still may be the MPI relay, or the ecu…but that is less likley.
yeah you are right, I have heard cases of the clips on top of the injectors popping off to… but the car would still probably start but run horrible. He should pull off the plug wires and check for spark there, last year, the same thing basically happened to me in between starts and it turned out to be bad plug wires, spark was arching everywhere lol. My car hardly started and ran horrible.
You think he might have fouled out Plugs?? hmmm
it is weird how his problem happened so fast
edit* Sorry if my posts seem meaningless but this will be a nice learning experience for me lol
Pull the ecu and check for corrosion or leaking caps.
