That’s not detonation, I mean, the intake manifold detonated, that’s for sure…but that’s what happens when you spray at a low rpm, the nitrous and fuel puddle in the intake mani, you get one backfire and BAM. That happens.

:wow Thats one way to remove a throttle body :banana must of been more than 100 shot because i spray right off the line with 50-75 shot and i have never had a backfire or one problem what so ever and ive been through about 15- 20lb fills on the car.

he sprayed it way to low…listen to the RPMS when he sprayed. Thats bullshit. I would be PISSED at the dyno operator. It didnt even sound like it was over 3k before he sprayed…He hit the throttle in 4th, and sprayed it right away.

thats the same motor that was in my old 99 cobra, the video is 4 or 5 years old now but if i recall he was running like a 175 shot.
