Did you check all of the fuses under the hood. Specificaly the alt fuse
yes it its fine i had checked all of the fuses and still nothing could it possible be my ignition switch
I know this sounds retarded but are the clamps on the battery terminals tight. It happened to me once when I took the terminals off and didnt tighten them enough. I would just get the click, as soon as I tightened it, Bam it worked no problem.
It very well might be the igntition switch. Take the plastic trim off your steering column and pull the ignition switch out (it’s the little cylindrical thing with wires soldered on to it that is screwed in to the back of the key tumbler). Pull it out and there will be a slot in it that a tab on the tumbler turns to send power to the starter. Turn it as far as you can clockwise with a screwdriver and see if the car starts. If the car turns over fine then it means the switch is loose when it’s in the back of the tumbler. Wrap the ignition in a strip of duct tape and pop it back in and see if it cranks.
I had a similar problem and it worked like a charm on my car. If that doesn’t work I’ve got the wiring diagram you need to be looking at and should be able to give you a starting point on what to check.
