Looking to finish my foreclosure home within the next month or two. I’m looking for an electrician for a full house rewiring as well as an HVAC specialist to install ducts throughout the house, as well as my furnace.

In Buffalo you need permits guaranteed. I can do the electrical. Shoot me a PM so I can get an idea of what you need done.
(Permit for the electrical anyway. Not sure on the HVAC)

Preferably, I’d like it done by someone that is going to do everything by code and not cut any corners or do any sloppy work.
Or get you in trouble with the city! They’ll F you in the A if they don’t get their cut!
I do hvac but I don’t do much duct work so I wouldn’t want to have run all the duct work.
