Keep it up!
nastiness man this is making me wanna get my car done now lol
well, its in…i did put a little scratch on the side where the transmission was
i couldnt believe how packed the motor was in there…i cant even fit a finger inbetween the transmission and the framerail or inbetween the pully and the framerail
unfortunatly the near the transmission is a little messed up but at least its coming together, i need the car done by the end of spring break, hopefully i can do that

i also need to find an alternator belt thats like 2 or 3 inches shorter than the one i have because when adjusted properly for the belt i have the pulley on the alternator touches the framerail
Lookin good dude!
thanks man
does anyone know if a d series alternator belt is smaller than a b series?
hottt!
Looks good man!
Just go to NAPA they have every size belt
looks real good ryan
very niceee.
you need a 275k4 belt, that means 27.5 inch belt, 4 ribbed, that should fit for you. had that in my b series crx.
thanks everyone, i need to complete the harness by soldering 8 wires from the harness rywire gave me to some of the wires going to the old obd0 ecu plugs
that will problably get addressed on monday…after that i just need my radiator hoses from swerve and a shift linkage…im ordering my fuel lines and fittings from summit on monday also
Thanks man, you used this 275k4 belt without denting the frame rail in right?
looks nice man. went in fairly easy too.
Yeah, it will bring the alternator real close to the block to give you more clearance, belt for a normal b series calls for a 300k4 so it will be tighter
thanks man!, im gona go to carquest and get a 275k4 belt tomorrow
just ordered the rest of the fuel hoses and fittings from summit that I need, i will be doing that on friday and hopefully starting the motor up this weekend if i get my radiator hoses in
fuel lines are done, harness is all done, still havent found a belt that fits yet
all i need to do is find a belt that fits and get my radiator hoses in, then i can start it up an if everything works as it should i will put the interior back together
the 275k4 didnt work?
no it was wayyyy to short, the stock one i have is 30.5 inches, i tried a 30 and 1/8th inch belt and I couldnt get it over the pulleys…i dont get it, for some reason im having the hardest time finding a belt that will work for me. Im getting pissed off haha
i can do the whole motor swap and I cant get the belt right.
even with the adjuster bracket on the back you couldnt make the 30 fit?
