Etest troubles

Guys;
I have some weird numbers comin out of my tailpipe. I have read quite alot of posts on etests and haven’t found anyone with numbers like these. I’m hoping for some insight that is better than the shop, (just pay the 450 and get the conditional). A little background on my car will probably help out so here it goes.

1990 KA24E with header attached to magnaflow hi-flow cat and 2.5" stainless steel piping, Full CAI, Tri-FLow COLT Cam (http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/cam_corner.html). 8.5mm Plug wires, NGK Platinum plugs. I think that is it.

I have also tested the EGR as that seems to be a common problem on all the etest threads. With my idle sitting a bit high at 900 and I compress the egr valve the engine stutters violently but does not die. I was thinking it is because my idle is high? Any way here are my numbers. For the 2 tests I have taken.
test1 test2
40KM/h (pass) Curbidle (Fail) 40KM/h (Pass) Curb idle (Fail)
HC 66/43 200/ 1008 !!! 66/63 200/875
CO 0.37/0.12 1/3.27 0.37/0.25 1/3.16
NO ppm 0757/57 0757/91
RPM 2754 632 1905 965
Dilution 15.32 7.39 15.05 7.95

Ok so the only changes I made to the car inbetween tests where to change the oil, ran a half a tank of of fuel with injector cleaner in it, then topped up and burnt that, then filled up fully and burnt that whole tank. Before the test I made sure that it was up to temperature 30 minute run on the hwy. Bumped up the idle a bit.

The direction that the shop gave me was pay the 450 right away and he would test it again and give me my conditional. So needless to say I am a little fustrated as the weather is nice and I want my car out! but I can’t afford the 450 right now. Can someone point in the right directions.

ive heard that if you dump methyl hydrate in ur gas it will supposedly help you pass

So thinking leaking/bad injectors maybe the problem I got the Ohm meter out tested all 4:

  1. 14.9
  2. 14.8
  3. 14.8
  4. 14.8

From what I have read this is within the normal range. Correct me if I am wrong!

when i got my car done . opened egr valve and turned the distributor. everything worked out.
