Cheap fix: put some tin in with some tar around the edges, after you have cleaned up the rust and use some sheet metal screws.

Lock the car, you are quite the funny man. I have some ideas for the repair, if they don’t work I’ll pull the harnesses, drivetrain, and suspension parts. And find a new chassis. Granted finding any old dodge around here in fair condition is a tough one.
