Welcome to my world.My left arm has been numb for a yr and a half now and dr’s seem useless.It’s a pinched nerve and since it goes away for you, you are just aggavating it when you are sleeping.

haha, i do the same thing. I know its not going to help, it never does. But yet I still do it every time.

Daily, i sleep with my arms out to my side, thats why I dont bag tall bitches. Their fat heads sleep on my arms and make them all tingly.
