How can the kid of the other car be responsible for the kid that died not knowing how to drive his car. To me that just seems a little whack.
My main point that I’d like to make is this. If that same race were to happen at NYIRP, and at the end of the drag made the same screw up and caused an accident that killed both people in the car, would the DA bring up charges against the other driver or even the track owner. Just because this happened on the street does not mean it couldn’t happen on the track.
