how could they charge the neon driver if he has nothing to do with the involvement of a crash. the only person they would be able to give manslaughter charges to would have been the driver of the mustang who killed his girlfriend.
How do people know they were going over 120mph? unless this was electronically documented in the mustang? if i am standing on a sidewalk and a car drives by at 45, it looks like its going fast to me.
neon driver should just get a ticket for wreckless driving or w/e, they have no proof of him speeding… unless he admitted to doing all of these things. we have no idea what he admitted to.
