^definately listen to this man. Iridiums are a huge pos in my opinion. When i first got my setup running, I took my car into boost once and the porcelein(sp?) on the plugs cracked and closed the gaps on two of my plugs killing the car. Once i switched to the same heat range NGK copper plugs, my car has run better than ever, with repeated blasts with no signs of a hiccup at all.
agree… congrats on getting it running
honestly I didnt know it had Iridums till I pulled them.
ya the new ones are copper. (I thought about going back with the Iridums but I figured if those got trashed not worth the money.
omg iridiums = bad, NGK 4L
iridiums are NGK, there the “better” plug. but I went down to copper NGK
I wouldn’t run the coppers more than 12,000 miles tho. I change mine after 6,000 sometimes, you might as well since they’re so cheap.
ya cant argue for 7 bucks. when stock plugs for a VR6 are 20 per plug.
oh and thanks for letting me borrow the cable I got to play a little with it but with it off the road not to much I can do.
Please don’t make the same mistake. Always use copper, and change the plugs minimum every 5000-6000 miles.
I tend to change my plugs every oil change, since copper plugs are so cheap.
