so ray laks got 3 new evos in
a dark silver, red, and blue
i stopped in the other night about 5 mins before closing
got a few pics in before i got kicked out
and talked to the guy about it
opinions on the new evos?
wheels look less aggressive than I remember but ill reserve further judgement untill I see one in person
it looks so mean from the front, i like it.
don’t add a poll or anything…
Old evo> New evo
when i first saw the new ones i def agreed with old>new but the new one is growing on me a bit
and the wheels are a bit less aggressive only because it is the gsr version
i believe the mr edition is getting the fancier wheels
The new evo looks like crap IMO, i like the old one 10x better. The rear just ruins it.
Hate it. Except for the diffuser.
i hate it. i’d take an older evo any day. styling just doesn’t appeal to me.

F’in Ray Laks drilled into another front bumper for the plate!!! NYS law or not, I wish I would’ve caught them before they drilled mine.
I originally hate hate hated it [the X], but it’s growing on me slowly. The tails seem too high on the bumper, especially wingless. The front lip in this model seems overdone, and the rear bumper is too low and chunky. And that’s just the aesthetics…

Bought mine from OHIO 
no front plate there… never seen a bracket. 
but it just looks tooo big and clunky… not ricey and fast like the 8&9’s
i think it looks terrible. it looks like it had scion xb headlights on it.
its growing on me, after seeing buschurs testing of it with just basic mods, i must say its doing damn impressive thus far
I rather like it.
X > 8 or 9, except if you have to put anything in the trunk.
A flash, some springs, and an open track and all the haters will change their minds. :lol:
