I know in my office in albany they have a repeter for our company nextell phones inside the building. The building is all metal and wipes out your signal when you walk inside. is that what your looking for?

wilson electronis makes really good stuff. (repeaters and antennas)

if you have either sprint or vzw femtocells (sp?) are avaiable.

i think tmobile also has one available.
