Thats the same Travis who did the first VQ swap.
First - according to numbers on the VBoard that engine has now made 500WHP.
Second - that motor has had something like 10 grand stuffed into it, so it isn’t really a financial alternative to turbo or the VQ.
It’s a nice project though…I like it. 
I love bastard child engines… :E

Actually, the techinical name for it is SQR23DET. Apparently the sr20 crank is a direct fit with no mods into the QR!
