Actually, they can. They are legally powered to fail you on any mistake you make. Even if you score a 99% they can fail you on that one if they deem it dangerous in anyway.
When i say i ****ed up a good 40% i meant i screwed up that much. Doesnt mean that was my grade on the actual test. the actual exam i scored an 86 or a 76.
