So I’m going up to toronto for the Int’l bowl and am spending the night at a hotel after the game. I wanted to see if anyone on here knows where the good bars are up there. Ive been to the guvernment - aside from being completely dead the day I went - I dont like it, or bars similar to it. I’m looking for a district of bars similar to what you may find on allen or elmwood. Someone told me adailade st was good but the bars are always dead. Any recommendations? Thanks
You can pretty much walk from the Dome and wander DT. There are some decent bars near there, but they get expensive. Queen St IIRC has a good lineup.
Queen Street is “our” Elmwood/Allen.
A few good bars in there, similar to what you’d find on Allen/Elmwood.
I like Elephant & Castle for dinner, and that’s on Younge St. As is everything else (Hard Rock, etc. etc.)
Black Boar, or Wild Boar or something like that is on Queen and was pretty legit IIRC
BLOOR AVE has some nice places as WELL
yeah and bloor is close to the university also which means you’ll find underage girls down there :tup:
