I keep a few pairs of cheapies that I wear if there is some “risk” to them lol.
I made the mistake of getting drunk and going in the water (gulf of mexico in clearwater) with my kaenons. They fell off and I got SOOOOO lucky that I was able to find them after a minute of combing the sea floor. I was so nervous!!
$10 sunglasses for me. I’ve had 2 pairs in 10 years, which should make me think I could take care of a nicer pair… but I know as soon as I buy them I’ll loose / break them, lol.
A decent pair of sunglasses are worth their weight in gold.

About $200 but I’ve beat the shit out of them for like two years now and they’re still in great shape. Dark polarized lenses so I can drive or boat all day without getting a headache and fatigued, see shit you can’t with cheap sunglasses, etc. The mirrored lenses were nice on the beach in the Dominican with my wife. :snky: Sunglasses are one of those things where you get what you pay for.

Good polarization is key! No glare keeps the eyes feeling good and you can actually see things on top of the water when you’re boating and shit.

Threads like these can get intimidating. Face it we all make different amounts of money and some make more than others. So I can’t personally see spending 300+ on a scarf, or $500 on a sweater or some shit.
Anywho, I work in the technical field so I’m required to dress up everyday. Usually I like shopping at express, good deals, I like the styles and the quality seems to be pretty good. Anyone have prescription sunglasses? I can’t find any I like.

I gave the pper left pair to my sister for xmas and the blue argyle second from the right to my brother for his b-day… the rest are in my regular rotation now. I’m almost done for socks.
I’m going to get a couple more pairs of 100% cashmere socks and then i’m going to beef up my tie collection with some cashmere 7 folds… targeting some Kiton etc.
I got a bunch of dress socks for Christmas and thought of this thread. Nothing like nice crisp fresh dress socks when you’ve been slowly wearing through (literally) your beat old collection.
