P.S I get to challenge your 355 sound.
I was actually looking at picking up a 348 but as everyone should know, buying one isn’t to bad but owning was is the pricey part.

the 360 modena sounds sweet in person, i cant compare to the 355 as i havent heard it.
but the modena is also gorgeous and simple, so based off looks id opt for that
and that body kit is wow. something else.
gimme that in midnight purple II
I have never seen an F40 in person. I have seen many Ferrari’s including the Enzo on the road, but never an F40 or an F50. I am not an F50 fan, but give me any F40 any day. Imagine upping th boost from 16-20lbs on that car.
The 348 has a nice deep throaty sound. There is no such thing as a bad sounding Ferrari IMO. I’d buy the 348 and enjo owning a piece of history. A Ferrari is so much more than a car. Even if you have to sell it by the end of the year…you were still an owner of a Ferrari 348!!! And your name will forever be in the Used Vehicle Package. That is epic.
Just toss on some Tubi exhaust or get straight pipes and an upgraded manifold for more power and you are game.
You probably wont see an F50 on the road for awhile since they are illegal in Ontario however rumor has it that one is lurking. Rumors of a Bugatti Veyron and Koeniggsegg as well, I wait for the Gumball to see what really shows up.
The F40 is one hell of a car, I’ve seen two of them on the streets now. I’ve also seen 2 Maserati MC12’s and probably +5 Enzo’s now. Here is a clip of the maserati…

F40 > F50 are the best sounding Ferrari engines by far
There was this girl I know that took a pic of a Maserati MC12 and asked me which kind of car it was. The MC12 was parked downtown, gathering a bewildered crowd sround it. It’s one of the most GT looking cars around.
The Modena is a nice car in it’s own right. I don’t find it as sharp looking as the F430 without the carbon fibre aero, but it’s nevertheless a really nice car. Can’t go wrong with a Spider in the summer, or a Challenge Stradalla. I also like the 575M Maranello from that time period too. It kind of resembles more of an Italian muscle car than the rest of the pack, but an FR Ferrari? That’s a party waiting to happen.
I think these dual clutch systems are grand and everything from a performance pooint of view; I just find it takes a bit of soul away from the car. I very much enjoy having a clutch and shifting, which is your only option on older Ferrari’s. I could live the F1 shifter and dual clutch…but I’d still yearn for a clutch pedal to press. It’s not even an option on the 458 Italia, and I think that’s what we can expect from now on; dual clutch only transmissions.
You must have never heard a 360 CS. They are at the top as well, especially if you hear one in person. Especially if they have the Tubi exhaust
go to the Ferrari dealer near the Colossus theatre. they have a F-40 in a glass room above the dealership for all to see!! Super sick Car for sure!!!
I work at the dealership right across from it, and I must say, everytime I step outside I see that beautiful work of art. Whoever hasn’t seen it, should make the trip to the dealership and check it out
GM or BMW?
It’s great to look at, but that’s only half the magic. It’s that unique unmistakable Ferrari exhaust note that sends chills down your spine; the larger than life exhaust note that can never have the full colour of it’s tone displayed in an audio recording. That’s what zi want to hear.
The Veyron was for sale on Kijiji and was a legit ad for $1.7 mil all black with ontario plates on it
I love the sound of a ferrari
