My gf has 2 of them they are very fun loving but if you don’t clean regularly they will stink. As far as litter training pretty much they’ll shit where they want and you put a litter box there, they’ll hit it 80 -90% of the time so not to bad. Also my gf got one of hers from the vet for free because someone didn’t want it so maybe call a few places saying that your looking to adopt. Umm other then that i dunno she lets hers run around the house where she can keep an eye on them of course, so closing all doors except for the main room that you are in. Hope that helps some.
