Yea, but Premiere is not geared towards a beginner at all.
Neither is after effects. But that’s what tutorials and web resources are for. I had the newest pinnacle studio and it blowss compared to the adobe programs.
This.
I’m just learning the basics still LOL
I beg to differ. For compiling your basic clips into a small video with transitions, subtitles, etc. it is perfectly fine. Not to mention it’s production (file types and quality) are better than Sony Vegas (which I tried). Pinnacle takes FOREVER to do anything and the only useful feature I have found in Pinnacle is the DVD Menu creation system.
Cyberlink uploads to either FB or YouTube directly in full on HD. And the file sizes can be kept quite low. I made a 30 minute video in full HD (19xx by 12xx res to be specific) and it was only 1.8GB with crystal clear audio for a work event.
I agree that Adobe is probably the best option. They are the leaders in graphic design, but for what he needs…it’s not worth it.
It took me like 10hrs to make that soundscape I linked to above between following a tutorial and constantly pausing to keep up, etc.
The potential is CRAZY.
Windows movie maker is free and easy to use for petar.
Premier FTW but way too advanced…even for me.
Pinnacle Studio 14 works well with my Canon 1080p files without any hassle.
my only advice in this thread is if you can’t find new shit for free you fail at torrents.
all i’ve ever used for video editing is mac only (final cut pro) so carry on.
i just cant get the audio to work
