tits. always wanted to ride one of these.

Sweet pick up Adam  that looks like fun

how did u get a steret title? can i get one for my quad

did u buy this from al at the ducati shop or from where u work? I look at these bikes everytime i stop by the shop and am tempted to get one.

No, The KTM SMR was sent with a factory title. Thus I can use it for the street. your quad has a transferable regy saying off road use only

I hate you.

Out of jealousy of course

Awesome pickup!

AWESOME… go figure as soon as i move… i saw an aprilia SM bike today on US-1… i thought of you (seriously lol)

sick… ive been wanted to sell my r6 and get one for a while

very nice, I wish I would have waited to get a dual sport instead of my 99 yz400f. I have heard its a pita to get it streetable in nys.

what did you pick it up for? im kinda in the market

awesome bike…what are your plans for it? Race, Street? both?

Both, Work today will be me looking up parts for it lol.

What kind of tires are on it?

Is it like a super motard bike with street tires or on/off tires?

I’m confused. I don’t see a headlight, turn signals or a brake light. How is that going to be street legal?

Do motorctcles NEED turn signals? I thought you didn’t, because hand signals are OK.

Pretty sure I remember it being part of the inspection when I had my bike.

From the DMV…

A MOTORCYCLE MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING ORDER:

  • Approved lights, including headlight, taillight, stop lamp and license plate lamp, at least one red reflector on the rear and directional signals if the motorcycle was originally equipped with directionals or is a 1985 or newer model.
  • Brakes, on 1971 and newer motorcycles brakes are required on both wheels.
  • A horn or other warning device.
  • At least one rearview mirror mounted on a handle bar, although mirrors on both handlebars are strongly recommended.
  • A suitable muffler, “cutouts” or mufflers with removable baffles are prohibited.
  • Handlebars no more than 15 inches higher than the seat.
  • A seat for the operator and a passenger seat in the rear if a passenger is carried (no more than one passenger is permitted).

So regardless of the “street title” I don’t see how that thing is ever going to pass a NY inspection. No inspection sticker on the plate means you’ll be pulled over constantly.

SICK

Ah, but that explains why OLDER bikes don’t NEED them.

Also, no inspection does not mean pulled over constantly. :stuck_out_tongue:

I rode for the past 4 years with no permit, inspection, registration or insurance. LOL.

^lol. cops dont hassel cruisers. lol
