Yep I decided to delve into the world of supplements yesterday.
I’m going to do:
5g creatine four times a day for for days
then 5g daily, after workouts or in the morning on non-gym days.
10g glutamine after workouts, 5g before bed. I may just do it after workouts, not sure on this one.
And of course ON protein with milk after workouts, protein smoothies as snacks and meal replacements.
Plus multivitamin and fish oil cap daily, and a co Q10 cap daily for a while.
Last night was funny though, I hadn’t started hydrating like crazy yet, just took my first dose of creatine and went to bed an hour later. I was up every 10 minutes for an hour pretending I was a goddam garden hose. :roflpicard:

196.6 grams of protein per day
71.49 lean mass weight (kg)
12.61kg of body fat (15% body fat)
5000milligrams of creatine per day – 2 createne pills
5000 miligrams of L-Glu – 3 pill (1 before bed)
2scoops protein powder per day (25g per)
Fish oil capsules – 2 a day
420mg of magnesium
1800mg of calcium

GNC Amplified Creatine 189
GNC Calcium Plus 1000 with Magnesium & Vitamin D-3
