Kind of an interesting concept, seems like an administrative nitemare for anyone in charge of it, but if they can make it work, I’m all for it.

I’m on the fence whether this is a positive move for unemployment recipients. After all, we pay taxes to cover this when we are actually working.
I’m all for it for welfare recipients though. Make them get drug tests and do SOMETHING. It might make welfare abusers think whether or not it is the best choice.
I’d add drug testing to it also.
+1 Not that unemployment isn’t abused but welfare is not looked at by many recipients as a means to help get them to a better place but as a source of income. I am on the fence with unemployment but I will say that the many extensions they are passing is ridiculous.
