I did not call 911 because back where I was from you only call 911 in the event of an emergency in the case of death, robbery, etc. If it was not an immediate emergency they refuse to come and say call the local police.
So I was unaware that 911 in Buffalo would route you to the local police.
Also, operation 10hp gas cap is in effect.
I’ll speak with the officer tonight about pressing charges, the guy seemed cool. I always bump into him when he’s walking his dog and he seemed pretty cool, now if I see him again I’m probably gonna punch him in the balls.
Either way if it’s gonna be a da case I will definitely press charges unless he offers me a good amount not to. But I think just to be a dick I still will because wtf he was stealing gas.
Sad thing is he drives a fairly newer impala…

nope, u always call 911 if somebody is STEALING from you… you dont call 911 if somebody is parked illegally or anything stupid like that, let 911 decide if your important or not, dont decide for yourself

Yeah back home we had gotten 911 recently, but they if you called they would say is it a matter of life and death, if not the call police department directly.
