For all the shift Audi fans, to go s4 or no?

1.8T has more problems when modded. S4 is just a little harder to work on and has some more expensive parts. For the price you can get an S4 for these days why not have 60+ more hp and a 6 speed. All the 1.8T quattro cars I have been in seemed sluggish to me.

Both will be the same money pit. Nature of the beast. If ya wanna go fast then leave the 1.8T to the Nisky Lot

My 1.8t GLI rips pretty well but for some reason I just do not enjoy it as much as my old a4. I was thinking s4 simply b/c I’ve already had an a4. However, with already owning an a4, I know wht it takes to make them go & it’s a lot of $. S4 I’d just do an exhaust & tune for a nice toy.
