The fish in that lake are retarted big…not sure why.
few years ago a local small air plain owner (he lives on the lake and has his own little air strip) was flying over the lake and noticed something big and white floating in the water…so he landed and took a boat out and it was a 13lb dead large mouth. They assumed he died just from age but I guess the fucker was almost 30". It was in the paper.
talked to another guy last week and he said his buddy pulled out a 8.6lb one also
the problem is, I dont want to catch bass. I want to catch a wall mounting tiger muskie but they are very hard to get out of that lake.
