Looks cool but only have the mile oval will hurt, not many series can take advantage of that but I guess it follows the nascar theme of every new track being a 1 mile D shaped track. They should add a smaller inner oval like Charlotte so they can run the smaller series, but I guess most of you wouldn’t care about that.

Just a bump, but this was approved by the Fort Erie local council this evening by a unanimous vote. It goes to the Canadian regional council on Wednesday night, if it’s approved there then the project goes forward (provided they actually have the funding, which I’ve been told they do).

a mile track would be similer to syracuse and perfect for local series such as modifieds and latemodles. probabaly not great for street stocks, tho
Heard this as well but also heard funding is NOT a certain bet… which makes more sense to me than the actual project aspirations…
