As some of you have seen in the “banned from Rspeed thread” http://shift518.com/index.php?topic=364.60 something has gone awry. I’m gone for one day and all hell breaks loose. :ahh
Fights are fine, constructive critisizm is fine, but personal name calling and attacks are just uncalled for. It’s a forum I can’t make anybody talk any certain way, but it’s just common courtesy and mutual respect to not do that. You disrespect the other member, and shit on all the hard work me and the rest of the staff members are putting into the forum.
We are all part of the same community and all have love for cars, there is no need to single out anybody because they don’t have the same tastes as you. It doesn’t make him worse, it makes him different, which is what the whole community is based on nowdays… being different.
When behavior of one member causes another member to request me to delete his profile, thats over the line, and thats hurting the community. :nono
Please keep your ego’s in check, and show some respect to fellow members.

Personally I think its kind of nieve to think that your going to have a forum with people who do not argue or fight over something. When you get a common group of people together over a simliar topic, all with their own varying views, then you are going to have arguments and what not. I think we have to deal with the arguing to a point. There is a point though where it becomes personal and at that point it should then be dealt with. My .02
thats not the point he was trying to make. It’s perfectly normal to argue over a variety of things, thats called human nature. What isn’t ok, is somebody to make a personal attack, with responses like blow me, fuck off, etc etc. If you absolutely have to say shit like that, send them a private message.
We are not telling you to do certain things, just don’t bring it to this board, as it adds nothing but negativity.
Actually if you read the post above you would notice that all was fine till someone talked some shit about my “car”. Or did u miss that part? I wouldn’t have told dude to fuck off had he used some restraint in the first place. But hey wtf do u care anyway? No skin off your back huh?
First of all, I was responding to another members post. not yours. no need to jump all over me, then try and ask sarcastically if “i missed it”. No, I read it, and I think people got a little too emotional about something that was clearly a joke.
