FRANKENSTORM 2012

+1

especially with all of the silver maples in areas like cheektowaga. I kinda hope the massive silver maple in my front yard goes down and busts into my roof so I can get a big check and renovate LOL.

Natural disasters, at least the kind we get in WNY, aren’t a big deal to stay prepared for. I spent about 15 minutes going over my preparations yesterday and I’m set for what ever this storm throws at me, short of actually dropped a tree on my house.

And Praxair just lost power. Probably some site issue though. Everyone else still good?

Could you look into overnighting them? Also if I were to buy more than one, could you do any better?

Winds are like 5-10 mph right now.

Help, it’s really dark in here. Fry, when does our beer thing go off?

I will call and ask about shipping, but the price is my personal cost. It is 10% over distributor net cost. I am sure that they will not let me discount past that as there is a hot market for them in CT at 30%+

I’m not too far from them, over on Military by the 290. We’re good.

They can ship, but are assuming that it will be a couple hundred to next day air as well as no guarantee that UPS will actually make the delivery on time.

Mine just did. Definitely something I need to get for these next couple days. Stranded and no beer = angry!

Saw Geoff’s photo on twitter…storm hasn’t even hit yet.

Keg of Bud light and pumking on tap. I can barter for anything if we lose power!

They need to be drop shipping kegs, not generators

Bring it on Sandy, you bitch!

Need your address!

Actually I’ve got pounders, Sam adams, about 3 shots worth of Jameson.

Love the random half empty 2L bottle of Sprite.

So the office I was at closed at noon driving home shortly

Weee I haven’t been able to snag any good pics yet

Lol its ginger ale to support the bottles of captain, makers mark and St Lucias finest Whiskey in the freezer.

That’s a really good plan actually. Stock your emergency fridge with super shitty beer so you only drink it once you’re desperate.

Kinda like the wilderness people who carry dog food, knowing they won’t eat it until it’s a true emergency.

Damn. Power is back but I think we’re on generators. Some goon probably hit a line with a crane or something.
