it didnt pass because of some realy gay thigns when i went like no check engine light, and some emissions shit . theres nothign mechanically wrong wiht the truck it runs liek a champ and is very quick.

like the fact that the cab mounts no longer hold the cab to the frame
or the massive hole in the floorpan with the peice of floor covering poking through sitting 1 inch away from the cat.
or possibly the leaking front and rear main seals?

Clean outside… but the underbody is rotted to nothing. Literally. Crawl underneath. 100% pure rust
sorry man i dont do payment plans and its says taht the truck would make a good project and its says it wont pass inspection. so if someone is looking for a daily that gets good gas mileage this truck isnt it. this trcuk does have rust we do live in buffalo. this truck could easily be parted to make the money but id rather not go threw the hassle of that id rather jsut see it go to one person. and i am not trying to scam any1 in this forum there are peopel out there who can vouch for me saying that i had told them about all the known problems and told pople it would not make a good daily. the key word is project or parts cars
