I dont have a ton of experiance with BMW’s…
but any maintenance shit ive done, Hardly anything costs much more than say another import like a nissan, some stuff is a bit more but not much, and some shit can be found even cheaper.
Newer bmw’s may cost a bit more, but an e36 is pretty easy/cheap to maintain… and unless the motor blows or some freak shit happens somewhere else a kid in highschool with a part time job at mickyd’s could afford to keep up on it

bimmers aren’t expensive really if you know where to shop. as always with any manufacturer stay the hell away from the dealer unless you absolutely have to deal with them. i buy all my parts from mail orders like bav auto, pelican parts, autohausaz, etc… good local suppliers are bap geon, germanautoparts, and anca’s to name a few…
who ever buys the car, i’m for hire to work on it. should make a decent daily or sweet beater. shit, i’d grab it for winter use if i had the $ to spare.

The '84 633csi is also for sale. Electric everything, everything works. Paper work from when it was brand new. Real clean car. Drives amazing for that old of a car especially when it comes to taking corners. Nothing like a bimmer.
