Old technology. I always had a problem with lag… I would say something then it would take a second for the person I was talking to to hear it. It did it on multiple phones I had with them, and did it no matter who I called. Their phones also had the same idiotic user interface no matter what phone you bought, that REALLY annoyed me. Also, the fact that you can’t take out the SIM card to switch phones was stupid. You either had to go online or call them up and type in all these numbers. Such a waste of time. I also wasn’t a fan of their customer service. I can go on but i’d rather not since this is a for sale thread and not a “I hate verizon because” thread.

Most of the world has Sim cards… except we only really have AT T and nextel here. Sim cards are the way to go… I swap mine in other phones all the time for nstant comparisons of phones as well as if my battery dies…I plug my card in another phone…and wham…good to go from my number. Also can use it in the lapstop connect…and and even better…many phone accept or can be modified to take 2 sims…meaning 2 numbers into one phone. Its the future.
That said, if you have Verizon, this is a nice phone to get!!!
